Stockings will be delivered on the week beginning 16th of December or can be collected from our Soft Plays free of charge, plus you can stay for a free play!

  • Return Policy for Pre-Filled Stocking

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return your pre-filled stocking, please read our return policy carefully. This policy complies with UK consumer laws, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

     

    1. Change of Mind (Online Purchases Only)

    If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the item.

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and a resalable condition.
    • Customers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

    To initiate a return, please contact us via 0330 236 9424 with your order number.

     

    2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If the product is faulty, damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

    • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
    • We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

    Contact us immediately via 0330 236 9424 to arrange a return or replacement.

     

    3. Exclusions

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items unless faulty:

    • Baby socks
    • Bibs
    • Blankets if removed from the packaging

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
