Return Policy for Christmas Trees
We take great care to provide high-quality, fresh Christmas trees to enhance your holiday season. Due to the perishable nature of real Christmas trees, we cannot accept returns unless the tree is faulty or damaged.
1. Faulty or Damaged Trees
If your real Christmas tree is faulty or damaged when delivered or collected, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Please inspect your tree upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
- Faults include significant damage, poor condition, or an incorrect size/type compared to your order.
We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including any delivery charges.
2. Change of Mind or Non-Fault Returns
We regret that we cannot accept returns for real Christmas trees if:
- You change your mind after purchase.
- The tree is no longer needed.
- The tree has been trimmed, decorated, or affected by environmental conditions (e.g., heat or lack of water).
All sales of real Christmas trees are final unless the tree is faulty.
How to Report an Issue with Your Tree

Provide details of the issue, along with a photo of the tree if possible.
If approved, we will arrange for the tree to be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds for faulty or damaged trees will be processed within 14 days of the return approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
