Kidzplay is a digital membership and party technology platform. We provide:

  • Kidzplay monthly membership
  • Access to Funopolis for active members
  • The PartyHero WhatsApp party planner

We no longer operate soft play venues directly.

WhatsApp Business API providers

(Only if you use PartyHero.)
Used to send invitations, reminders, and automated messages.

OpenAI

Used to generate PartyHero text responses (e.g., reminders, name badges).
We do not send sensitive personal data to OpenAI.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described:

  • Membership account data — kept while your membership is active
  • Old membership cancellation details — deleted once processed
  • Booking data — typically retained for 12–24 months
  • PartyHero guest lists — automatically deleted within 90 days
  • Payment records — held for 6 years (legal obligation)
