Your Next Steps To Book A Kidzplay Kids Party
A 50% deposit secures your party booking, this is based on the initial number of children you are booking for. We will call you about a week before the party to collect the final numbers and adjust your final payment based on this information
Of course! When you book we advise you to book for the number of children you’re planning to invite to the party. We will then give you a call about a week in advance of the party to check if this number is still accurate and make any necessary changes.
Siblings are welcome to come into the centre to play for free. We will not be able to provide any additional seating or tables that aren’t included within your party area. If any additional chairs and tables are used these will be charged at the standard rate of entry. Siblings will who are attending free of charge will not be catered for within the main party food package, however, you are more than welcome to order for them separately from the main menu or our party menu.
Grown-ups can have a lot of fun at a kids’ party, however, our priority is to make sure there is plenty of room for the children to enjoy themselves. If you’re planning on the grown-up guests staying in the party area, we recommend aiming for 1 adult per child attending. Grown-up guests can book their own additional tables at our centre giving everyone more space to have fun or relax knowing their kids are having fun!
Adults are welcome to drop their kids off in the centre and come back to collect at the end, however the children then become the responsibility of the party parents/carers.
Once the final payment, based on the party numbers provided by you, has been charged, we cannot offer a refund for children that are not able to attend the party.
We advise arriving no more than 5 minutes before your party is due to start. Any earlier and we might not have your area ready, resulting in excited children being asked to sit around and wait!!
No birthday party is complete without a cake, please bring one along, as well as any candles you’d like to use.
We make the Cake Ceremony a significant part of a kids party to ensure the party child feels extra special on their day. If you'd like us to lead in the singing of Happy Birthday just say the word and your party host will have their best voice ready!
If you'd like, we will also cut up the cake and pop it into party bags. Please don’t bring excessive sparkler candles as sometimes these can set off our fire alarms!
Yes, party bags are welcome. Some of our party packages include sweet tubs to take home, these can either be added to your party bags or given out in lieu of party bags.
The minimum number of guests for our non-exclusive party packages is 10, the maximum is 25. You are welcome to bring less than 10 if you would like a smaller party, the minimum charge will still be for 10 children.
If you'd like to bring more than 25 kids to the party, the Exclusive Party (where you have the whole soft play centre to yourself) is the option for you, please contact us for more information on exclusive kids party hire.
When you book an Exclusive Kids Party you will get the whole soft play centre just for you and your guests.
All our other party packages take place whilst the centre is open to the public.
No, we pride ourselves on our café and kitchen which offer a selection of hot and cold beverages, light snacks, sandwiches and sweet treats alongside our freshly cooked choices from the menu.
You are politely asked that no outside food or drink be brought into the play centre - other than the party cake of course.
