Admission FAQ's

No, it is not necessary to book in advance, However we do run sessionally, so you will be booked into the 1st available session. Please do be aware though we do get fully booked frequently, and we will not be able to accomodate you if we are fully booked.

Please avoid 10AM, this is our most popular time to visit. After 2PM are our least favourable times to visit, so you are more likely to get in on the spur of the moment then.

Our booking system gives you the most up to date information on available times, so it is always worth checking availability before you set off.


We can only issue refunds for cancellations BEFORE your booking so please complete the refund a booking form asap. We dedicate Tuesday afternoons to completing refunds , and after that it will take a further 5 days to reach your account.

Yes no problem, you can complete the reschedule my booking form or you can phone the individual centres and they can complete this for you.

Don't worry, when you arrive we can accomodate more or less people than you booked for. There is no need to contact us about this, (unless you are now bringing a coach party, then it is helpful to know 🙂 )

It's ok, just ask to reschedule using the rescheduling form or by ringing the centre. They will be able to reschedule for you

Our Entry Prices are the same in all centres -

£6.50 for 1 child, £10 for 2 and thereafter £5 for multiple children booked at the same time.

After 3PM there is 50% off entry prices

Yes, absolutely. The multiple child discount is per booking not per family

No you don't , however we do ask that they are respectful to the smaller children in the centre and don't take over. We consider anyone over 12 an adult in the soft play centres. (In the laser arena in Shipley older children do have to pay to use it)

Party FAQ's

The initial party price quoted gives you entry into the centre (and the specific areas like the laser experience or the role play area if you book that party) , a picnic style party tea and a party sweet tub to take home.

You can then add to the party different food options and party extras to personalise your party further. You will have your party tea in a "pod" in centre, this is again to reduce the risk of COVID transmission to yourselves and our team.

You will receive your invitations in the post, and then a couple of weeks before the party we will ring or email to confirm all the party details with you.

We will provide enough food and party pots for the number of guests you have ordered for on the day.

We have very limited availability for parties, particularly on a weekend. Therefore to secure the best times for parties it is wise to book as early as you can. This is particularly true for Exclusives

In the event we cannot provide the party, we will endeavour first of all the reschedule. If that is not possible then we will refund all monies to you.

Other FAQ's

We offer the same discounts to everyone, we have the multiple child discount and will have specific term time offers available too. These will be available on our Facebook page and via email.

We have small parts in the role play area, and as such it is not suitable for a young baby. there is the baby sensory space for under 2's

The slides particularly in Leeds and Shipley are over 6M high and you can get a nasty friction burn if you use your feet as a brake on the slide. Socks and long sleeves protect everyone's skin.

Many reasons, firstly as a protection against COVID. If an infected person stays in our centre all day they are more than likely to infect our team and lots of people who come and visit. By restricting the amount of time people are in centre we are restricting the infection risk.

Also throughout the lockdown, we operated very strict booking times and sessions. In doing so we were able to manage the centre much more effectively, and people had a nicer experience because of it. Knowing how many people were booked in for the day has allowed us to plan staff much more effectively and given us the ability to communicate with you when we are hosting exclusives etc. Threfore we will continue to operate booking times and sessions from now on.

we do, my son has had a severe gluten allergy all his life so I know just how difficult it is to go out to eat and trust that the business will adher to all the allergen rules.
