What age are your play centres suitable for? Our centres are suitable for children aged 0 - 10.
What are the opening hours? We open 7 days a week, from 09:00 am - 6:30 pm.
Do you need to make a booking? You don't need to book to come down to Kidzplay, but we would definitely recommend doing so to guarantee a table!
Is there any restrictions on what you can wear in the soft play? We recommend wearing socks, long sleeves and long trousers when in the soft play!

Do you offer discounts/rewards for members? You can access exclusive offers and earn rewards as part of our Loyalty Club! Visit the 'Loyalty' page for more information.
What are the benefits of Kidzplay Loyalty Club? You can order straight from your phone, beating the queues and earning reward points on every order. You will also have access to exclusive deals and memberships!

Parties
How do I book a party? Booking a party is easy! You can book through our 'Parties' page on the website, or call us on 0330 236 9424.
Can I change the number of children attending? When you book we advise you to book for the amount of children you’re planning to invite to the party. We will then email you about a week in advance of the party to check if this number is still accurate and make any necessary changes before your party!
What about siblings that would like to come? Siblings are welcome to come into the centre to play for free. We will not be able to provide any additional seating or tables that aren’t included within your party area however, if any additional chairs and tables are used these have to be charged at the standard rate of entry. Siblings will also not be fed with the main party food, however you are welcome to order for them separately from the main menu.
How many adults can come? We don't like to put a limit on the number of adults, however we would recommend 1 adult per child to ensure you have plenty of space!
When should we arrive? We advise arriving 15 minutes before your party is due to start. Any earlier and we might not have your area ready, resulting in excited children being asked to sit around!
Can we bring a cake? Yes! No birthday party is complete without a cake, please bring one along, as well as any candles you’d like to use, and we are happy to present it and sing happy birthday after the children have eaten. We will also cut up the cake and pop it into party bags if you wish. Please don’t bring excessive sparkler candles as sometimes these can set off our fire alarms!
What are the min/max numbers? The minimum number of guests for our non-exclusive party packages is 12, there is no maximum. You are welcome to bring less than 12 if you would like a smaller party, we unfortunately still have to charge for 12 however. If you want to bring more than 25 then usually the exclusive party is the option for you, please contact us for more information on exclusive hire.
Can I bring my own food? We are unable to allow food to be brought into the centre however, we can make exceptions when you are hiring the whole centre exclusively!
Menu + Allergies
Do you have a café or snack bar on-site? What kind of food and drinks are available? We have our on site cafe with a range of hot and cold drinks as well as food. You can even order directly from your phone to beat the queue!
Do you cater for different allergies/dietary requirements? Our menu is designed to cater for all allergies and dietary requirements, look out for the symbols on the menu or ask a member of staff!

How do I find out about your events? You can view event details on the 'Events' details of the website. Keep an eye on our social media too!
Will the event be suitable for my child? We will always details what age group the events will be suitable for, keep an eye on our events page and social media!
