Can I Book A Free Christmas Get-Together?

No Problem. We Are hosting throughout Christmas - pick a theme you like and book in a group for that week. We can also do exclusive lasers and role-play village too. Please phone 033023694 or email ben@kidzplay.co.uk

How do your Christmas Events work?

The majority of our Christmas events are our Kidzplay Clubs, which we've added a festive theme to! All Kidzplay Clubs come with food and drink for both adults and children, giving you a chance to unwind, eat, drink, and chat while we give the kids some festive fun!

Our Meet Elsa event (not the Elsa Afternoon Tea) and Christmas Party are one-off events, so they differ slightly but still provide bundles of fun!

What is Kidzplay Clubs?

Kidzplay Clubs is a space for you to come to Soft Play and enjoy a completely different experience, we'll look after the kids for the duration, including feeding them and keeping them entertained, whilst you can sit back with some like-minded adults and get a chance to unwind. How do I book an event at Kidzplay?
Booking is easy! Click on the event you’re interested in, and you’ll find all the details, including the booking link. Follow the instructions to secure your spot. You can also give us a call at 0330 236 9424 and we'll be happy to help

Are the events suitable for all ages?
Most of our events are tailored for children aged 0–12 years, but some activities, like parent-and-toddler mornings or family events, cater to adults and older siblings as well. Check the event description for specific age recommendations.

Do I need to be a Kidzplay member to attend an event?
No, you don’t need to be a member to attend most events. However, members often receive discounts and early access to bookings. Some events are exclusive to members, so it’s worth joining our membership program. (https://www.kidzplay.co.uk/kidzplay-frequent-fun-memberships)

What is your refund or cancellation policy for events?
Refunds and cancellations depend on the event. Please check the terms and conditions for the specific event when booking. For questions, contact our team directly.

Are food and drinks available during events?
Yes! Our onsite café is open during events, offering a variety of meals, snacks, and drinks for both kids and adults. For some events, refreshments may be included in the ticket price, check the event details for more information.

Can I bring my own food to an event?
We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought into Kidzplay, except for baby food or with prior approval for specific dietary requirements.

Is parking available at Kidzplay locations?
Yes, we provide free parking at all Kidzplay centres for your convenience. Spaces are limited, so please arrive early during busy events.

Do you accommodate children with special needs?
Absolutely. We strive to create an inclusive environment for all children. If your child has specific needs, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How can I stay updated on upcoming events?

What happens if an event is cancelled?
In the rare case of a cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and offer a reschedule or refund, depending on the event.
