1. Managing Your Membership
How do I change my card details or billing address?
You can update all your payment information securely in the Stripe customer portal. Click Manage Membership & Payments above and log in with the email address you used when joining Kidzplay.
Where can I see my payment history?
Login to the Stripe portal and you’ll find a full record of past payments, invoices, renewals and upcoming charges.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships can be cancelled directly through the Stripe portal. Please check our Membership Terms before cancelling.
2. Logging In & Access Issues
I can’t log into the Stripe portal — what do I do?
Make sure you’re using the same email address you joined Kidzplay with. If you still can’t log in, use the “Contact Us” form and our team will help.
I didn’t receive the Stripe login email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, request a new login email or contact us for assistance.
3. Booking Play Sessions
Where do I book my play sessions?
Use the Book a Session button above or visit the Venues Booking page.
Do I have to book every time?
Yes — booking ensures we manage capacity safely and comfortably for all families.
Why can’t I see availability for certain times?
Some sessions may be full, member allocations may be capped, or the venue may be closed for a private event.

Is my membership valid at all Kidzplay venues?
Yes — your membership includes access for eligible sessions.
Can I bring extra children who aren’t on my membership?
Yes, but additional children must be booked on and paid for at the standard PAYG rate.
Do adults need to pay?
No — adult entry is included with your booking.
