Kidzplay Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. What’s Included

  • Kidzplay Membership covers up to 4 people:
    2 adults + 2 children (under 12s).
  • Membership grants unlimited visits, subject to availability.
  • Every visit must be booked in advance through our booking system.

2. Extra Children

If your household has more than two children:

  • You may bring additional children with you.
  • A small per-visit fee applies for each extra child.
  • This helps us manage safety, capacity, and fairness for all families.

3. Booking Your Visits

  • All visits must be pre-booked.
  • Once booked, your visit is reserved at the venue.
  • Your booking will appear on the venue’s arrival list.
  • Please bring your membership number and surname on arrival.

4. Membership Number

  • Your family receives a unique membership number after joining.
  • This number is required when booking and entering venues.
  • Membership numbers cannot be shared and are linked to your surname.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Membership is billed monthly (£30/month).
  • Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
  • You can update payment details or cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel anytime.
  • Your membership remains active until the end of the paid month.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Fair Use

  • Membership is for one household only.
  • Sharing membership numbers may result in cancellation.
  • Venues may refuse entry if details do not match.

8. Venue Rules

  • Each partner venue has its own safety rules which must be followed.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult.
  • Venue availability may change.

9. Privacy

  • We collect only the data needed to deliver your membership.
  • Payment information is handled solely by Stripe.
